Chris Duhon to Deliver Donations to Second Harvest Food Bank Today

Orlando Magic point guard Chris Duhon's Stand Tall Against Hunger food drive concludes today when Duhon, accompanied by Stuff the Magic Mascot and the Magic Dancers, will deliver the food collected during the drive to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida. WHAT: Chris Duhon Stand Tall Against Hunger Food Delivery

Orlando Magic guard Chris Duhon will deliver the food collected at the Stand Tall Against Hunger food drive. The delivery will include Duhon, STUFF the Magic mascot, Magic Dancers and closes out a 12-day food drive that took place at Magic home games and all Central Florida FAIRWINDS Credit Union locations from November 4-15.

Fans were encouraged to donate non-perishable food items for Central Florida families in need at all Orlando Magic home games at Fan Fest and Central Florida FAIRWINDS locations.

The Stand Tall Foundation was formed in 1998. Chris Duhon's Hurricane Relief Fund became a chapter of the foundation to support his efforts in providing aid to his hometown of Slidell, Louisiana, which was devastated by Hurricane Katrina in August 2005.

Chris gave new life to the foundation and formed the Chris Duhon's Stand Tall Foundation in 2007. His foundation is working exhaustively to help fund education, welfare and recreational initiatives. The Chris Duhon's Stand Tall Foundation is a 501(c)(3) incorporated in Connecticut, but is run by its office located in North Carolina.
