The Magic get another crack at the Portland Trail Blazers tonight, and I'm not optimistic about their chances. They had to expend a ton of energy just to beat the L.A. freaking Clippers last night. Meanwhile, the Blazers have had a day to travel and rest after a gutsy win in Toronto on Sunday. Steve Blake sank the game-winner.
Oh, and Dwight Howard gets his first chance to match-up with Greg Oden, something basketball enthusiasts have clamored for since 2006, when Oden dominated college basketball. He's having a fine season, with per-game averages of 7.9 points, 7.8 boards, and 1.6 blocks in only 22.1 minutes per game... as a 21-year old. He also fouls a ton--3.6 per game, to be precise--so we'll see how aggressive Dwight is in attacking the big fella (or, for the cynics: how many All-Star calls he gets against the rookie).
Tip's at 10. The Magic will be trailing by 20 by the end of the first period if they play like they did against the Clippers last night. Go good guys.
