Watch: E'Twaun Moore goes behind-the-back for two points on the break

The second-year guard picked beat a retreating Philly defender in transition with an around-the-back handle to score.

Second-year combo guard E'Twaun Moore led the Orlando Magic in scoring on Monday, pouring in 18 points as the Magic fell to the Philadelphia 76ers, 78-61. None of his nine field goals was as spectacular as the one in the video embedded above, a beautiful fast-break layup for which he freed himself with a crafty move.

Inbounding under Orlando's basket, Philadelphia swingman Evan Turner tried to hit Lavoy Allen near the right elbow. Magic center Gustavo Ayón picked off the pass and dished the ball to Moore, who only needed to beat All-Star point guard Jrue Holiday, widely and rightly regarded as one of the league's toughest on-ball defenders.

Moore took the pass near the middle of the floor and took three hard dribbles to the left. To shake Holiday, Moore slipped the ball around his own back just in front of the restricted area and finished with his right hand.

Moore made his ninth start of the season in Monday's loss, but it was his first start at shooting guard. His 18 points matched a career-best, set twice earlier in 2012/13, most recently on January 27th against the Detroit Pistons.
