In August 2011, Justin Harper, whose draft rights belong to the Orlando Magic due to a draft-night trade with the Cleveland Cavaliers, took his talents to France. Specifically, the former Richmond Spiders star signed with Strasbourg IG, which plays in the 18-team Pro A division of the Ligue Nationale de Basketball. Harper's contract with Strasbourg IG includes an NBA out, so if and when the NBA lockout ends, he'll be free to return to the United States and sign with the Magic.
