Re-Do

The last fan post I posted (now deleted), was Orlando trading for Dragic. According to a source close to the team, the Magic are no longer looking to trade for Dragic, they still believe in the play of PG Elfrid Payton. The Heat have also asked for too much in return. I can tell you that Orlando is thinking big in the trade market. There will be no deja-vu of last year, this year the Magic are looking to buy, and to buy big. Aaron Gordon's name is now getting closer and closer to untouchable and Elfrid Payton is right behind him.

Zach LaVine

The Minnesota Timberwolves have played two games since LaVine got injured, and they won both. Thibs stated that he would split up the Wolves core in order to acquire proven veterans that can defend and play at a high level while mentoring the younger players on the Wolves roster

The Trade

Orlando Gets- Zach LaVine , Jordan Hill , and Nikola Pekovic (Waived)

Minnesota Gets- Bismack Biyombo , Jodie Meeks , CJ Watson , Stephen Zimmerman and '19 Lakers First Round Pick

Orlando gets it's player to put alongside Elfrid Payton and Aaron Gordon and create one of the best , young big 3s in the league. The Wolves get a center that can protect the rim and let Karl Anthony Towns move to the 4, (Where they believe he belongs) and a couple other veterans that can help them.

Orlando then picks up Lance Stephenson and Tyler Hansbrough

Depth Chart

PG- Payton/Augustin/Stephenson

SG- LaVine/Fournier/Wilcox

SF- Gordon/Hezonja/Green

PF- Ibaka/Green/Gordon/Rudez

C- Vucevic/Hill/Ibaka/Hansbrough
