Orlando's last time out: Orlando's home record dipped below .500 Wednesday after their 101-89 loss to the Houston Rockets. The Magic surrendered 31 points to James Harden and a 19-point, 14-rebound double-double to Dwight Howard word. Arron Afflalo returned from a five-game absence to lead Orlando with 18 points of his own.
San Antonio's last time out: In a rematch of the 2013 NBA Finals, the Spurs dealt the Miami Heat their worst loss of the season Thursday, 111-87. San Antonio shot 50.6 percent from the floor and four Spurs tallied double-digit points, with the ageless Tim Duncan's 23 leading the way.
The last meeting: On November 29th, the Spurs made quick work of the Magic in a 109-91 rout. Duncan and Marco Belinelli scored 19 apiece to lead the hot-shooting Spurs, who converted 55.3 percent of their field goals. Afflalo scored 17 to lead the Magic.
