Darius Morris!!!

I would really love for Orlando to look into signing Darius Morris to possibly fill the back-up PG position. Morris left Michigan too early in my opinion. He is only 22, and has never gotten consistent minutes with the Lakers. LA failed to guarantee his contract making him a free agent. I think he would be within our budget as far as asking price. I love his size (6-4) at the PG position.

From watching him in college, I remember he is a pass first PG, but I haven't seen him play much in the NBA because of being on the West Coast. However, I remember he was forced into action in the playoffs due to injuries to Nash and Blake. He even scored 24 points in Game 3, I believe. Any FA PG who scores over 20 against the Spurs in the playoffs should be worth a look. Look for yourselves, YouTube his highlights in the playoffs vs San Antonio. Mr. Morris is my #1 FA target!!
