The fourth day of Orlando Pro Summer League play, which saw only three games played, is in the books. Here's a glance at the current standings:
|Oklahoma City Thunder||4||0||1.000||20||25||283|
1: Three points for a win, one point for every quarter won, 0.5 points for every quarter tied. These points determine seeding for Championship Day, set for Friday, July 12th.|
2: For seeding purposes, scoring differential is the first tiebreaker.
3: For seeding purposes, points allowed is the second tiebreaker.
The Nets failed to win a single quarter against the Jazz on Wednesday, leaving them with no points in the standings and stranding them in the cellar. They will almost certainly participate in the ninth-place game on Championship Day.
OKC wrapped its week with a 4-0 record and now awaits the results of Thursday's games to see where it'll play on Championship Day. Utah and Miami, which will both play Thursday, will have a chance to tie the Thunder in the standings, but they'll need to win their games and at least three of the four quarters. Winning all four quarters would put them ahead of the Thunder.
The Thunder's strongest challenger will likely be Houston, which is slated to play the winless Nets on Thursday. Winning that game, and at least two of the quarters, would vault the Rockets into first place.
