Ok so I think this years free agency might be the most active and league changing class since "the decision".
Superstars like Dwight, CP3, Josh Smith, and Andre Iguodala are all unrestricted free agents along with about ten or more quality starters not yet past their prime including Al Jefferson, Paul Milsap, Bynum, Brandon Jennings, Monta Ellis, JJ Redick, Tyreke Evans, OJ Mayo, Kevin Martin, Jr Smith.
You will also find a few key veterans that could provide some leadership and are still playing at a high level like Manu, Ray Allen, Andre Kirlenko, David West, and Shawn Marion. And keep in mind many veterans currently on rosters will either be bought out or traded as well, KG or Paul Peirce for example( possibly bosh who knows?).
With at least four or five teams looking to make a run for the championship via free agency I also think we could see a higher number of trades than normal from teams needing to move money off the books. Factor in the draft and we could have a whole different looking NBA next year.
And just a side thought, if Bosh is still possibly leaving Miami is it possible the heat sign another big name this year if they dump his contract? Or is it possible for a new big three to form from a couple of the top free agents pairing up with a big name and making a new and legit big three that could rival Miami for years?
With so many possibilities I think unpredictable might be the word we use to sum up this off-season when it is all said and done.
