Rookies' and Second Year Players' scoring

So the Magic have 21 games remaining in the season, and with the exception of Kyle O'Quinn (all hail, Harrington!), Jaque Vaughn is playing all of the Magic young players some serious minutes now.

I occasionally like to engage in mental exercises about averages to decompress from work, and I also obsess over players hitting the 10 point average range for their season average.

So I figure I would combine my two OCD tendencies and figure out what each of the young players would have to average to hit the 10 ppg mark by the end of the season. I decided to share my "findings" because I greatly admire each and every one of you and take great pleasure in boring people that I like.

The assumption is that every player will play all remaining 21 games.

The Rooks:

Maurice Harkless:

Current avg: 6.3 ppg (through 55 games)

Required avg to make 10 ppg: 19.7 ppg

Andrew Nicholson:

Current avg: 8.4 ppg (58 games)

Required avg to make 10 ppg: 14.5 ppg

DeQuan Jones:

Current avg: 3.3 ppg (43 games)

Required avg to make 10 ppg: 23.8 ppg

Doron Lamb:

Current avg: 3.0 ppg (28 games)

Required avg to make 10 ppg: 19.6 ppg

Kyle O'Quinn:

Current avg: 3.3 ppg (38 games)

Required avg to make 10 ppg: 22.2 ppg

The 2nd Year Players:

Tobias Harris:

Current avg: 7.0 ppg (34 games)

Required avg to make 10 ppg: 14.9 ppg

E'Twaun Moore:

Current avg: 8.7 ppg (54 games)

Required avg to make 10 ppg: 13.3 ppg

Nikola Vucevic:

Current avg: 12.1 ppg (61 games)

Required avg to screw everything up: 3.6 ppg
