Orlando's last time out: The Magic limped to a 95-73 loss to the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday night, shooting a season-low 31.8 percent in defeat. Maurice Harkless and Arron Afflalo were the only Orlando players to reach double-figure scoring, posting 10 points apiece against Indiana's top-ranked defense. Paul George led all players with 19 points, while Tyler Hansbrough grabbed nine offensive rebounds to set a new career-high.
New York's last time out: A shorthanded Knicks squad which had lost four in a row and five of its last six overall came up with a win on Monday in Salt Lake City as New York downed the Utah Jazz, 90-83. Raymond Felton had 19 points, four assists, and three steals, and J.R. Smith came off the bench to score a game-high 20.
The last meeting: The Knicks took command in the second half to wallop the Magic, 113-97, in New York on January 30th. Orlando struggled to contain the painted area against New York, which got a combined 35 points on 17-of-18 shooting against Knicks centers Tyson Chandler and Amar'e Stoudemire.
