In honor of Michael Jordan's 50th birthday on Sunday, let's take a look at his most memorable career games against the Orlando Magic, and how he fared overall against them.

In the regular season, Jordan has five career games over 40 points against Orlando, including two games of 50+ points, with a high game of 64 points on January 16th, 1993. Surprisingly, the Magic beat the Bulls in three of those five games, including the 64-point Jordan game, which the Magic won in overtime, led by Scott Skiles (31 points, 10 assists) and rookie Shaquille O'Neal (29 points, 24 rebounds).

Jordan played 33 career regular season games against the Magic, 27 as a Chicago Bull and six as a Washington Wizard. He scored at least 20 points in 27 of the 33 games, with a low of 12 points. In Jordan's career, he was 27-10 against the Magic in the regular season (24-7 as a Bull, 3-3 as a Wizard).

Jordan averaged 29.5 points per game against Orlando in his career on 47.5% field goal shooting, 39.2% on 3-point field goal shooting, and 81.7% free throw shooting, along with 6.5 rebounds and 5.3 assists per game. Compare those numbers against Orlando to his overall career averages of 30.1 points per game on 49.7% field goal shooting, 32.7% on 3-point shooting, 83.5% free throw shooting, and 6.2 rebounds and 5.3 assists per game.

In the playoffs, Jordan faced the Magic ten times, all as a member of the Bulls. The Magic beat the Bulls in the 1995 Eastern Conference semifinals 4 games to 2, while Jordan and the Bulls got revenge the following year sweeping the Magic 4 games to 0 in the Eastern Conference Finals.

Jordan averaged 30.4 points per game in the ten playoff games against the Magic, with a high game of 45 in the 1996 ECF.

Finally, let's not forget the 1992 All-Star Game, which was held in Orlando, as Jordan garnered the most votes (1,049,573). He scored 18 points to lead the East along with 5 assists and 2 steals as the West, led by MVP Magic Johnson's 25 points, throttled the East 153-113.
