NBA All-Star 2013 festivities begin Friday night with the Rising Stars Challenge on TNT. The game, with teams comprised entirely of first- and second-year players, tips at 9 PM Eastern. TNT analysts Charles Barkley and Shaquille O'Neal drafted the teams on February 7th, based on a player pool on which the league's assistant coaches voted; the starting lineups will not be announced until just before tipoff.
