In a free event, the Magic co-captain took pictures and signed autographs for fans on Wednesday.
The Orlando Magic announced a Champions of the Community partnership with Chase, and to celebrate that agreement, Magic point guard Jameer Nelson visited fans and Chase customers in a free event on Wednesday afternoon. Chase's downtown branch at the corner of Church Street and Orange Avenue hosted the event, during which the Magic co-captain signed autographs for and took photos with the public.
Nelson is in the midst of his ninth NBA season. He's spent his entire career with the Magic since the club acquired his Draft rights from the Denver Nuggets. He is now the team's all-time leader in assists and he ranks sixth in scoring.
Chase joins Disney, Florida Hospital, Geico, Harris, PepsiCo, and Southwest as the Magic's Champions of the Community partners.
