Why it will work?

I know what you are thinking. Yes, yes, yes.. I know Humphries may start winning you a lot of games and hurt your chances at tanking... but let's not get carried away with optimism. Humphries is going to become an All-Star soon, just not this year. The rest of the Magic squad can do a great job at tanking. Humphries brings a lot of youth and potential. He has the potential to lead the Magic, provide the media attention so the Magic franchise can sell seats.

Redick deserves to have a chance to join a quality NBA team that is likely going to win NBA championships.

I understand that the Nets are giving up so much that it feels like we are getting hosed. But I can swallow this trade. Tell me what you guys think. And remember, don't be rude. I hate it when fans let their emotions (instead of rational thinking) get the best of them.
