The offers I have seen for Howard are less than overwhelming. I wonder if a total rebuild is really necessary in Orlando. They have bad contracts, but most will go away in a year or two anyway, when they become valuable expiring contracts. Rookies and draft picks are unproven commodities to rebuild a franchise with. Some expansion teams take 5 years to get around to winning. I wonder if Hennigan could swing a deal with OKC, who is looking at four max contracts next summer...
