As i'm sure you guys have noticed we've recently had a couple of FanPosts here on the OPP from fans of other teams on their packages for Dwight Howard. I decided to make this FanPost to break down potential deals for Dwight Howard and where reported NBA teams that are interested in Dwight rank.
1. Houston Rockets: The Rockets are still desperate for that "Star". I've been told in conversations with a few Houston fans who informed me that the Rockets are willing to give up a lot for Dwight Howard even as a rental. According to reports Orlando is looking for a Denver Nuggets type of package which Houston can offer. So I could see Houston doing something like this.
Orlando Magic receive
PG Kyle Lowry
SG Kevin Martin
C Samuel Dalembert
SF Chandler Parsons
#14 and #16 overall 2012 NBA draft picks.
Houston Rockets receive
C Dwight Howard
PG Chris Duhon
SG Jason Richardson
SF Quentin Richardson

I was told by a couple Houston fans that Houston was probably willing to give up more than that but I don't see it.
2. Los Angeles Lakers: The Lakers were reportedly interested in trading for Howard at the deadline. With Bynum being a complete headcase and Pau Gasol probably on his way out of town the Dwight may even be willing to sign an extension with LA.
Orlando Magic receive
C Andrew Bynum
PG Steve Blake
PG Andrew Goudelock
2 future unprotected 1st round picks.
Los Angeles Lakers receive
C Dwight Howard
PG Chris Duhon
SF Quentin Richardson

The Lakers could jump to #1 if they'd be willing to deal Gasol and Bynum but I don't see that as possible in a 2 team deal.
3. Rental offers from teams such as GS/WAS (According to Steve Kyler)
4. Brooklyn Nets: Quite the fall from grace for the Nets. Once considered far and away the front runners for Dwight Howard. The Nets thanks to Billy King are at the back of the line for Dwight Howard. The Nets offer would have been much stronger with a lottery pick that was traded to Portland for Gerald Wallace. I'll give it a shot anyways.
Orlando Magic receive:
C Brook Lopez (With a 5 year 60 million dollar deal)
SG Marshon Brooks
PG Jordan Farmar
Houstons 2013 1st round pick. 3 future unprotected first round picks
Brooklyn Nets receive
C Dwight Howard
SF Hedo Turkoglu
SG Jason Richardson
PG Chris Duhon
This trade is only possible if Gerald Wallace opts out and the Nets don't re-sign anybody other than Lopez. Nets fans will contend that you could put Gerald Wallace in the deal however overpaying Gerald Wallace and Brook Lopez long term actually hurts Brooklyn's chances of landing Dwight Howard. It makes more sense for Orlando to clear space and get rid of all of their bad contracts. Nets fans need to remember Orlando ownership vetoed a deal that sent Gerald Wallace and Brook Lopez to Orlando before Lopez was injured and both were expiring contracts. I see the Nets only chance at landing Dwight at this point is through free agency if Deron re-signs and the Nets don't sign anybody to a deal longer than 1 year.
5: Dallas Mavericks: The Mavericks offer is pretty terrible really. Dallas was one of the teams on Dwight's list to be traded to. Therefore they deserve to be mentioned.
Orlando Magic receive
PG Roddy Beaubois
SF Shawn Marion
PF Lamar Odom
PF Brendan Wright
SG Dominique Jones
SO MANY UNPROTECTED FIRSTS
Dallas Mavericks receive
PG Chris Duhon
SF Quentin Richardson
C Dwight Howard

The interesting thing about the Mavericks is that they actually have assets. The deal could drastically change depending on what the Mavericks do with their current trade chips. Marion/Beaubois/Odom
Note: The Clippers were not mentioned in this post because Donald Sterling only cares about ticket sales and they will not trade Blake Griffin for that reason and without Blake in a deal the Clippers have no chance.
Agree or disagree with the order? (Side Note: My preference is to keep Dwight)
