1. Fire Van Gundy and Hire Nate McMillan i would prefer him over Van Gundy anyway.
2. Trade Turk and 1st Round Pick to Atlanta for PF Josh Smith
3. Sign PG Derek Fisher for vetern experience
4. Sign PF Antwan Jamison for great bench depth
5. In the second round get a great defensive/high energy guy i would go with F Jae Crowder for Marquette
