I've fallen in love with the ESPN trade machine, as it lets my mind run wild with crazy trades.
Anyway, this doesn't seem too crazy. I've been reading around that the T'wolves are looking at bolstering their backcourt... give Rubio a running partner, or another person to throw a lob or a trailer three.
Orlando trades: JJ/J-Rich and Orton for Beasley and Ellington (I put Redick in that deal). It could give the Magic a more potent scorer in the second unit, and well.. Wayne Ellington apparently can shoot the ball, just not this season. Orton is a filler, the Wolves already have Pekovic, Miller and Milicic. Alternatively I'd be open to the idea that Harper, Wafer, Liggins or Smith be part of the deal.
I don't believe in blowing up this team for a 3rd straight year. Otis sucks, but unfortunately we don't vote our teams' GMs.
