In unrelated news, I hope the Lakers will get Gilberto, that way they’ll suck even more than they do right now.

Except I’ll be late. Stupid exam at 6PM. Hopefully this will work out better than the other game I attended (the Bulls game).

So if Ryan plays better than Love tonight will it be that Love had an off-night or that he just couldn't get the right shots off?

Cause I really want Ryan to have a great game against Love and show just who the best shooting PF in the game really is even though the heads won’t give him the credit he deserves.

by funny80sguy on Feb 13, 2012 7:59 PM EST reply actions

In general the NBA is a sad sport

because it seems rookies sign a 4 year contract and after that’s done they leave for a bigger market. Although, I wouldn’t want to stay in a poor situation in teams where there is no talent the fact that 90% of the young superstars leave takes away from the game.

Each year I hope the Warriors, Colts, Cavs, and the Magic get better yet the opposite happens.

by BobInBlue on Feb 13, 2012 8:00 PM EST reply actions

I'll disagree with that

The better rookies will typically sign a big extension with the original team and will stay at least 7 years. Seven years is a good amount of time to be with one team.

by funny80sguy on Feb 13, 2012 8:02 PM EST up reply actions

yeah but the basis is the same

I feel bad for him

But man, is he frustrating to watch.

If the Magic must trade Dwight, Hedo better stay. He needs to retire a Magic.

It's not just this game Davis has been terribad in almost every game.

18 point lead? Where are the rookies?

Each year I hope the Warriors, Colts, Cavs, and the Magic get better yet the opposite happens.

He really must be on the trading block.

I can’t imagine why he’s getting so much time when it’s only a 10 pt lead.

But if you're on the block

why would you increase your value? Hopefully, Nelson, Howard, Duhon… everyone besides rediick, the rookies, and smith/wafer are on the block

Don't view it as a boo for Davis, view it as a boo for Otis

I don't like booing Otis either

But, then again, I like to support the team no matter what.

And they say Miami fans are bad?

Same Sh@t in Orlando. Win or boo!

Okay, a simple "wrong" would've done just fine.

Though my only real comment to this point would have been, “Glenn, there is a reason you are wide open.

Because he can be ridden out of bound without a whistle.

That is the issue more often than not (like the last one).

Glenn, there is a reason you are wide open.

Matty mentioned that Dwight doesnt move as much

on offense this year which hurts the lob attempt because he cant get freed up.

In fact, I would tend to disagree with that statement entirely

For me, there’s no better stat. How did my team do when I was on the court. Other than garbage minutes throwing it off, it’s a pretty darn good indicator most times of a player’s performance.

Watching the NBA.com post game

Anderson gives Howard to much credit. 3D pointed out how the team moved the ball better when Howard was on the bench, And he still gave Howard credit.

Thanks for the thrashing, Magic!

The Wolves hadn’t had one in two days! Seriously, it’s depressing to think that our emerging center outplayed your superstar center and you guys still put a boot up our ass. Well, wing play has been our bane all year, and you have some good wings.

Until next time!

I'm going to brag. I drive the Nikola Pekovic fanwagon.
