The Magic take on the Pacers in a playoff rematch Friday evening at 7 Eastern. The game will not be televised in the Orlando market.
Once again minus shooting guard Arron Afflalo, the Orlando Magic take the Amway Center floor Friday night for an exhibition match against the Indiana Pacers.
Orlando is winless in its four games of the 2012/13 preseason and is coming off a 112-86 drubbing against the Detroit Pistons on Tuesday. DeQuan Jones scored 22 points in 44 minutes for the Magic, who were playing on the second night of a back-to-back, which scheduling prompted coach Jacque Vaughn to rest regular starters Jameer Nelson, J.J. Redick, Hedo Türkoğlu, Glen Davis, and Nikola Vučević.
The Pacers improved to 2-1 on the preseason in their last outing, a 102-98 victory against the Atlanta Hawks wherein Paul George scored 20 points. Combo guard George Hill hopes to make his preseason début Friday after nursing an injury to his left thumb.
