Orlando travels to Cincinnati to take on Kyrie Irving and his Cavs in a neutral-site exhibition.
The Orlando Magic's preseason continues Monday evening in Cincinnati, where they'll take on the Cleveland Cavaliers at 7 PM. Orlando is still not in the win column this exhibition campaign, having lost both of its prior games, but can reverse that trend in a hurry: after Monday's game, they'll travel north for a Tuesday showdown against the Detroit Pistons.
Yes, it's a preseason back-to-back for Orlando.
Monday, the Magic must contend with Kyrie Irving, the reigning Rookie of the Year. The game will be a homecoming of sorts for Magic scout Anthony Parker, who played the final three years of his career with Cleveland before retiring to join Orlando's basketball operations department.
According to Josh Robbins of the Orlando Sentinel, Magic swingmen Christian Eyenga and Arron Afflalo will miss Monday's game as they recover from strained hamstrings. Afflalo, arguably Orlando's best player, has yet to play in pinstripes due to the injury.
