"The Decision": Did LeBron Have Any Control?
John Krolik in his article on NBC Sports questions whether or not LeBron had any control in how "the Decision" came out. See the link to the article:
And he adds that "The Decision will follow LeBron around for the rest of his career, fairly or unfairly, and we don’t know how it will ultimately effect his image and legacy. All we really know is this: LeBron is seven wins away from making "The Decision" and the resulting fallout a much smaller part of his public image than it is now".
Anybody who is more informed on marketing or PR, should know that it is not that simple. A more prudent way would be to wait and survey the situation after James wins the championship. That is, if he wins it this year.

I never had a problem with the Decision
We live in Florida all we see his 18 year old kids announce where they are going to play college football or basketball. None of this kids raised 5 million dollars for the boys and girls club. I didn’t care because I watched it. Only thing I didn’t like was pseudo title celebration, but again if I’m a heat Fan(some do excist) I would have loved it. It’s Miami. I do agree with Barkeley that they do wine a little too much. But I am starting to see the same thing with Dwight and Orlando. All these rumors he wants to go here, there everywhere. He says he wants to build a winner here. Otis will trade him according to “sources” even though he said he will not. Dwight hates his teammates, because he called them out. Yet the same person who said that, said Derrick Rose needs to call his teammates out. Wait what? Media is trying to exploit players and mess with our, fans, emotions. So annoying n
Roll Bass and War Ryno for me
Anyone who's hating LeBron for the Decision
is hating in shallow waters in the first place. If you don’t like LeBron because you don’t like the way he plays … I think that’s wierd but hey, it’s your opinion. If you don’t like him cuz he’s not on your team, that’s better imo. But LeBron is a person and we’ve seen much, much worse in a star athlete than anything LeBron has done.
The Magic are my team, Dwight and Blake Griffin are my favorite current players (yes I know BG plays for the Clips) but LeBron is right behind them. I just respect the way he plays, and the pressure he’s dealt with since high school to be the perfect man basically on a national to global scale.
Don’t get me wrong, when the Magic play the Heat, I’m not cheering for LBJ at all. But to dog a man cuz he wants to win and live up to the ridiculous expectations the media and fans placed on him from an early age, is mindnumbing at best.
Get out of my House!
