Stan Van Gundy Poll

Hello! I am new to this blogging (in general.)

Anyways, I just wanted to say something regarding Stan Van Gundy. After game 5 on Tuesday, somethings really jumped out at me.

1) His defense of Dwight Howard and his wrecking of the media. I mean, I've never seen a coach (at least in NBA) take a direct shot at in defense of a player.

2) The message on the board: "Be better game 5."

Now, the reason I'm writing this is to show my support for him. Van Gundy has been instrumental to the success of the Magic. Even last year when the Magic fell down 3-0 to the Celtics, he found a way to poke the right buttons to show some life. I've read a lot of negative posts about him, and I think it's completely unwarranted and I'm happy that the Magic want to keep him around.

Otis Smith, well he's another story. Fact of the matter is, Van Gundy is a phenomenal and I'm damn glad that he's the coach.
