must...not...make fun of headline...

"(Dwight) Howard averages 23 points and 14 rebounds per game and is the defensive basketball equivalent of a guy carrying a bazooka during laser tag. No one wants to play with that kid."-Matt Moore

It is imperative Redick is ready to go for ATL, even if its just to work him back in little by little

because if/when we do get past ATL, we need a 100% J.J. off the bench for the Bulls. If anyone here thinks that game against them last weekend was any indication of what we’ll see in the second round…. well…. i can’t help you.

Good move

He must be healthy in time to play Atlanta.

it will be interesting to see how effective he is coming back (hopefully better than ala Jameer Nelson in the Finals)

Yeah it will be

but I have a feeling he’ll be fine.

Keep Resting Him

Very smart decision. We will need him a ton for the first round and beyond.

Sure, I'll buy into that...

It’s good medical practice to rest him for the first round; there’s no need to risk further injury now… no need at all.

Still… I get a feeling that there’s MORE to this story that is not being told. A feeling that JJ might not be available AT ALL this post-season, and “they” do not want the public… and the opposition, to know. But we’ll know by the start of the series with Atlanta… I"LL KNOW!

Yay! Another conspiracy theory!

David Stern had JJ beaten because he hates us because of what Stan said!

(Kidding.)

If Redfield is OPP's best poster, and he's holding something back every night how can you say that doesn't affect OPP? He's their best guy! Your best guy leads! Your best guy sets the tone for everyone else! When Redfield cruises through game threads, makes dumb jokes, earns even dumber recs and disappears during debates (he doesn't even rank in the top 125 for insightful responses to trolls this season), you don't think that has anything to do with OPP's uneven season?

Looks like he'll be ready for the playoffs...

…but it remains to be seen how game-ready he will be when he finally does get back in there.

Everything will work out for the best hopefully.
