Maybe we should get Phoenix Suns conditioning staff ASAP ?

After their hot start, in last two months both J-Rich and Hedo have started slowly but surely to slump. I just looked it up in Yahoo NBA Split Stats and it is evident that they are slowly but surely degrading in every aspect during January and February - especially 3 pts.

Then I looked up VC split stats, and noticed something : his TO ratio has gone down considerably and he even started to get blocking shots and hs 3pt percentage improved.

When Hedo came back, Howard had said "He has almost no body fat. The Phoenix staff have worked wonders on him". It loks like everybody - especially Steve Nash- gets a very close and refreshing treatment there. Even a knocked-out-and-down Shaq was vitalized when he was there.

Maybe the medic and conditioning staff in Phoenix have specialized in treating "older stars" and making them stay in shape so that their bodies do not fail their minds ? Maybe Orlando staff has concentrated on keeping young players like D12 and Nelson in shape - and as they start to mature, they are starting to fall short ?

Can I attribute these differences to the attention and control the conditioning and medical staff between Phoenix and Orlando ?

If so, wouldn't it better for Magic to snap those guys immediately ?

What do you think ?
