Orlando Magic Television Partners Announce Magic Broadcast Schedule

Sun Sports and Fox Sports Florida just announced their 2010/11 Orlando Magic broadcast schedule via this press release. Sun Sports will carry 38 of the telecasts, with Fox Sports Florida handling 33, bringing the total to 71 games. And each game will be available in high-definition.

In addition to standbys David Steele, Matt Guokas, and Paul Kennedy, the networks announced new additions to the broadcast team:

New this season -- former Magic players Nick Anderson and Pat Garrity will provide analysis on "Magic LIVE" pre- and post-game shows. Jessica Blaylock and Dante Marchitelli will provide feature reports. Former Magic dancer Megan Clemente joins the telecast team this season hosting select episodes of "Inside the Magic" and appearing on "Magic LIVE."

Also note that the season-preview special will air on October 18th, at 6:30 PM, on Fox Sports Florida.

Love that Nick and Pat are going to be regulars on the show.

Of course it’s all anchored by the best NBA broadcasters in the country David and Matty.

I think I’m going to give it a try. I’d like to see ALL of our games.

I wonder if the Magic will ever put any games on local free TV again

…other than the few games that are nationally televised on ABC.

Most NBA teams make at least some of their games available on free TV.
