For several reasons.

 First and foremost, their original logo was a dinosaur dribbling a basketball. In the future, I don't see any reason why the Magic shouldn't pursue the rights to this logo as part of a trade (because what else could they offer us anyway?). Details can be settled later (i.e. they stick a wand in the dinosaur's other hand/claw/thing, or put some sparkle dust around him, whatever) to retain our brand. But in all honesty, this logo needs to come back in a major way.

Second, they consistently make me feel better about our willingness to offer Rashard Lewis a max contract. This is two years in a row they've tripped all over themselves to throw money at our sloppy seconds. Because they can't figure out that guys tend to play far better on far better teams. Because basketball isn't hockey. Or sled-dogging or whatever.

I hope Matt Barnes has fun in Toronto.
