Bass demading asking for playing time. A few outlandish statements there, but I don't see him anything other than being frustrated. Interesting to note that the article said Bass was being shopped, without any takers.

Nothing on his defensive lapses though. Maybe he could've talked up his own improvements, if he has made any. In my mind, either Gortat or Bass has to go. That's just too much money to be sitting on the bench. I like the idea of the Magic having a deep bench, but really it should only go to about 3-4 backups, you don't need 6 players who could be potential starters - which Bass is, just not for this team.
