Anfernee Hardaway
Hardaway has reached out to the Miami Heat that he wants to play for them. I understand that people want to come and play with this "big 3" but come on Hardaway, is he trying to stab the Magic in the back? He is going to be turning 39 and that my friends is pretty old. My guess is that the Heat will take just about anybody they can get for cheap so I wouldn't put it past them to bring him on for a ride. Do you guys think he has anything left?? What do you think about him reaching out to the Heat?? Personally I think it would probably be a decent sign for them just because they need bodies but don't really think he would be a huge difference?? Thoughts??

I think it's pretty pathetic honestly
But I can’t fault the guy for at least going down there to try out.
Hell, it would certainly be his final and best chance for a ring.
oh well, if it's on Twitter then it must be true...

the only thing he's gonna feel is his butt on the couch and his hand on the remote......
Just one man's opinion...

"mark my words...we will draft 4 new linebackers this off-season" - 2010
I can probably contribute as much as he can at this point.
The Heat may as well sign me up since I’m nearly 20 years younger and have fresh legs if they’re looking for minimum contract players at this point.

I know.
I was just saying that to describe how effective Penny would be if he returned to the NBA.

Penny hasn't been relevant in about decade
this will not change
I probably know Judo! How many of you can make the same boast?
I don't think he's trying to stab the Magic in the back. I think he's trying to make money and possibly win a championship.

I'm too much of a Penny Hardaway fanboy to clown him for this. But obviously this is isnt happening
For Penny its not just that he’s 39 and hasn’t played in 3 years or frequently in 6, its the fact that after those 4 knee surgeries mentally he was still too cautious. One can consider Grant Hill’s ability to rejuvenate his career, but its not just the time off to rest, he had good trainers in Phoenix.
That all said, I do think Penny would make an okay asst. coach/player kinda like how Tree Rollins was for us in the 90’s. He still has one of the best basketball IQ’s and maybe he can teach the point to Chamblers a little. As a matter of fact considering Lebron has stated Penny was one of his fav players and he has modeled a big man running the point game, maybe Penny can teach him about certain plays and sets when they decide to put James at the 1.

I don't think the Magic entered into his mind when making this public.
Money and an easy ride to a ring are about as far as it goes.
I love LeBron. No really, I love Jameer.
He’s not a good basketball player anymore though. That is the issue. I too would like to join the Heat…I’ll play for 15 grand…

Backstabber!
Join the Magic if you want a ring! D12, VC, Q Rich, Meerkat, and big money man Rashard lewis. Heat will lose!
