Where the "Heart and Hustle" T-Shirt Happens
We're happy to announce the latest addition to the Orlando Pinstriped Post Online Store: a tee celebrating the fan-favorite 1999/2000 "Heart and Hustle" Orlando Magic squad that won 41 games despite having a roster full of castoffs, rookies, and journeymen as the front-office prepared to clear salary for the 2000 Free Agency period.
The shirt, which references the Experimental Jetset design, is available in white or blue. It features the names of fourteen of the fifteen players who finished the season with the team, as well as that of head coach Doc Rivers. I excluded Chauncey Billups' name because he never suited up for the Magic due to injury. And yes, current Magic man Anthony Johnson indeed appears here, as does Community Ambassador and all-around good guy Bo Outlaw.
We'll continue adding to the store's catalog in the weeks and months ahead.

It took me several minutes to figure out who 'Ron' was (I won't say in case other people want to guess as well)
Otherwise, I’m a tad worried how easily I came up with who everybody else was.

Just curious
Have you guys sold a lot of those Polish Hammer shirts?

One of my favorite all-time teams.
I’ve still got a few of these jerseys including Darrell Armstrong, Bo Outlaw, Corey Maggette and Ben Wallace.

I got it at a Sports Authority.
These were all knock-offs though. They weren’t authentic jerseys or anything. I imagine they even had some Doleac or Harpring jerseys if you really wanted them.

Black T, silver letters forthcoming?
"I've had people say, 'I don't need to check the [player statistics]. I've seen it with my eyes.' Well, I would also say your eyes lie to you sometimes, and some of the guys you may really like and think are really doing things, when you get deeper into it, aren't or vice versa." ~Stan Van Gundy
The other team stores have some good (sometimes funny) designs, too. Look around.
Of course “buy local first.”
Here’s one from the Knicks that is also an experimental jetset knockoff, but is not specific to the Knicks: http://sbnnba.deco-apparel.com/shop/product/916863

I also think you'd have a market for putting the OPP logo on a shirt.

With the URL below the image or on the back.
Image could be put on a black shirt or on a white shirt, with the logo filling the front. fwiw.

And maybe you could get TMobile to include them with the trivia winner game tickets.
So you get more exposure at the arena when winners wore their shirt to the game. Maybe.

I'd get this in black. It'd have to have the pinstripes though, right?
NBA Championship or bust in '09-10!!!! GO MAGIC!!!!
I loved that team!
They were a pleasure to watch – there was never any question of that group ever playing “down” to an opponents level. Truly a great bunch of over-achievers.
Shortest off-season ever!
Don't like the blinky merch gif on the side. imho, fwiw.
Thankful for Adblock.

Wanted to show both designs in a small space, and I thought the 2-second interval would be acceptable
If enough people complain I will think of something different.
most likely just my personal issue with blinky stuff online
I’m a mess, what can I say? Blinking does have a way of getting one’s attention though.

I tried to figure a way to make it fade or dissolve or something, instead of just blinking like that, but couldn't.
If anyone has any suggestions on how to make the thing less obnoxious, I’m listening.
just a question Ben...who comes up with the designs.. you or a collective group?

There should be a shirt with an image of a peach with a 'fro.
