It doesn’t take an expert to guess that this game in particular could be ugly – but they’re predicting it anyway. Accuscore simulations had Orlando winning 89.1% of the time (64.9% by 10+ points), and by an average score of 100.1 to 85.3. (Here’s a link, but it’s insider….) Orlando is 8th in the league in offensive rating, 5th in defensive, and have won 9 of 11 since the All-Star break. The Bulls have gone 6 and 6 over that same stretch, but this includes losing their previous 5 games. And everyone’s favorite expert, John Hollinger, has this to add about the Bulls:

The power rating system that sportsbook.com uses has the Magic at 16 point favorites.
The Bulls have really struggled without Joakim Noah, and to make matters worse, Luol Deng is out the next couple of games with a strained right calf. Taj Gibson’s minutes may be limited because of plantar fasciitis, and Brad Miller hurt his thumb the last game.
The Bulls’ defense has been atrocious during their current 5 game losing streak, as they have given up an average of a whopping 115 points per game in those 5 losses. Utah scored 132 against them Tuesday night.
The Bulls are desperately trying to remain in playoff contention, as they trail Charlotte by 1 game for the eighth seed. Derrick Rose has been playing fantastic, but unless he gets a lot of help, this game won’t be close.

Magic seem disjointed and a little flat to me.
