Maybe we, myself included are overreacting found this little article on ESPN.

If you don't have an insider at ESPN(not sure I can post any part of it because it causes bans on other sites) basically it says that the Magic were essentially two missed free throws and a missed layup from winning the first two games. He also states that basically all qualities like toughness, leadership, and heart are really just media expressions to write stories. Writers do not want to write about random events, so they choose to use those qualities and say that one team lacks it and the other doesn't. Again he falls on the use of saber metrics basically stating that the Magic finished in botht the top for offense and defense. Again compared this team to the Houston Rockets. Were the Magic really a couple of odd fouls against them from competing better against the Heat?
Are Magic fans at cross road? Some want to believe in saber metrics and others want to believe what their eyes tell them. I try to look at both(why I think Carmelo is a great player, but not a top 5 like a lot of TV Media guys say he is).If you are an insider and read the article, would love some of your input.
