The Orlando Magic hosted a Community Open House yesterday at Amway Center, one day after the City of Orlando officially opened the building. From a team press release:

Approximately 45,000 Central Floridians attend the Amway Center community open house on Saturday, October 2, 2010. The event was free and open to the public and gave Orlando residents a first-hand look at the multiple fan amenities and state-of-the-art technology at the new Amway Center.

The Magic will play their first preseason game in their new home on Sunday, October 10th, against the New Orleans Hornets.

If you attended the Open House, I invite you to share your experience in the comments section here. Additionally, if you have photos from the event, please post them on our Facebook page.
