Orlando Magic center Marcin "The Polish Machine" Gortat is the latest Magic player to start using Twitter, joining teammates Dwight Howard (@DwightHoward) and Rashard Lewis (@Rashard_Lewis) UPDATE and Adonal Foyle (@afoyle3131). Gortat confirmed to me last night that he personally maintains the @MGortat account. He mostly Tweets in Polish, but sent a few messages in English last night after word of the account's authenticity got out. He received a lot of @ replies shortly thereafter, if this message is any indication:
wow.... guys guys....!!!1!! im not seating front of the PC all day like dwight so ... chill out!

In case you're curious about the photo, Bruce told me Gortat was talking to the media during a break in play.
Someone on press row asked him what happened when he missed that alley-oop dunk, and he said, “I’m out of gas, man.”
