Report: Carlos Arroyo close to signing with the Bulls
In case anyone's curious as to where former Magic point guard Carlos Arroyo might be headed. The Bulls could do worse than to sign Arroyo to back-up Derrick Rose.
And no, I don't believe the Magic ever considered bringing him back.
