Do you ever visit any of the other team blogs?
I have been making a habit of visiting the other team's blog before games. Guys and girls, you don't know how lucky we are. Of the ones I have visited, none compare in the quality or quantity of relevant information posted every single day. Just one case in point, go to the Dallas board. What do you see. "Game Thread...discuss the game here": Then the official line and no commentary, just post your comment. Ben, E. and Jon feed us the good stuff, be thankful.

Cavs: The Blog – Krolik is a good writer.
Celtics Blog – Excessive homerism, but all celtics blogs seem to be this way.
Silver Screen and Roll (Lakers) – Went to this site mostly during The Finals, but it seems decent enough.
Pick Axe and Roll (Nuggets)
Honestly
For everything that’ll happen to me in a given month w/r/t my page views, links, praise or whatever, this made my day as much as anything else has. You may be in the extreme minority and one of the five or six guys on this blog who likes what I do, but the notion that there’s overlap and appreciation for what I do within the 3QC community just makes me feel quite nice.
As anyone who reads my blog knows, I’m a huge, huge, huge fan of what Ben and Eddy do, and this community has consistently impressed me and has been one I’ve found I’m quite fond of talking basketball with, or enjoyed reading them talk about basketball. Real talk: for anyone who chooses to pursue writing on the internet with any sort of rigor, at some point you find that a lot of what you want is chasing the dragon at the end of the day. The hits can go up, you can get linked by bigger folks, you get better opportunities, but it never quite feels like that first TrueHoop link. Little things like the (possibly completely untrue) notion that 3QC readers are the folks from out of the market who dig what I do end up being what keeps you working hard, and feeling less crappy for surfing blogs at 5 in the morning on a Saturday night. So, um, thanks.
You deserve the praise, John.
There’s no doubt in my mind that you’re one of the best writers in the NBA blogosphere, today.

The Nuggets site is now called Denver Stiffs.

Denver Stiffs signed with SB Nation as a free agent.
Nate, the man who previously ran Pickaxe and Roll, is still on board Denver Stiffs.

Denver Stiffs was an independent blog on the blogspot platform (like 3QC used to be). When he joined SB Nation, PickAxe and Roll changed its name to Denver Stiffs

up all night writing two papers – one on Managing Expatriate Talent in the BRIC Countries and another on Ecotourism in Costa Rica

But the other part was that Jeremy, who writes Roundball Mining Company (True Hoop Network), started PA&R and it Nate Timmons took it over.
The way I understood it was that it was a merger and that all involved preferred the Denver Stiffs moniker to the PA&R moniker.

There's a few I hit up I try to hit up with regularity but it's hard. I'm real picky when it comes to what I read.
Cavs: The Blog, Celtics Hub, Bucksketball/Brew Hoop, Blazersedge, and others. Basically, for me, it needs to be professional, stat-friendly, unbiased, well-written, etc. Like I said, I’m real picky when it comes to what I read.

Thanks.
Blazersedge is a blog I look up to with regards to how I help run the site and shape my content. That, to me, is the best SBN basketball blog and one that I admire very much. It’s the site that sets the bar, IMO.

Bedge is Okay
But Blog a Bull is my personal favorite non Kings blog.

(I'm kidding of course.)
I like a lot of sites actually, and Bedge is among my favorites out there as well. 3QC of course is another, and BaB is another favorite. Those are the 4 sites I frequent the most and comment the most at.

I read 3QC
And therefore it’s a blog I visit. :)

Also, other than the 5 I mentioned (including StR of course)
I also like Canis Hoopus, Brew Hoop, Clips Nation, The Dream Shake and Peachtree Hoops. But there is no replacing Blog a Bull as a community. Bar none it’s the best community on SBN for overall knowledge.

While I concur with most of Pookey's list (and of course, I'm biased and would add CelticsBlog)...
…I think we would be remiss to have this discussion without his beloved Kings’ Sactown Royalty. In addition to the fact that they have a terrific community of readers/commenters over there, TZ is as good a read as anybody in the business. Funny and insightful, his work is a pleasure to read.
Across SBN, I would say my top four (in no particular order) outside of CelticsBlog (disclosure: as some of you know, I’m on staff there): Sactown Royalty, Blazersedge, Blog a Bull, 3QC. Love reading TZ and Matt, the crowd at the Edge is unbelievably nice and well-informed (and Dave and Ben complement each really well there), and I’ve chatted extensively with both Ben Q and Eddy here – both are terrific.
That’s not to short-sell any of the other sites we have in the great SBN community here – SSR is a good read, and my pal Tom Martin and his gang at The Dream Shake do a great job, and there are plenty others…but I think the four named above really have the complete package.
Just my late-night two cents.

To be honest
I don’t read C’s Blog much simply because I’m not as interested in C’s news. But that’s me. if you are interested in C’s news though, Celtics Blog is the place for you.

Blazer Sedgian here
I’ve been trying to check out every team’s blog before each game as a matter of friendly competition and unofficial ambassadorship. I’ve generally met some really enjoyable company in each town I’ve come too. I like to get the perspective from other fans on the Trail Blazers.
Of the sites I’ve visited I have to rank a few quite highly, and my ranking system although somewhat arbitrary is based mostly on quality of content, knowledge, etiquette and timely posting of game day previews (eh hmmm) and OGDT’s… oh yea, and sense of humor. So I gotsta give props to Sactown Royalty, Dream Shake and PeachTree Hoops. Hoping to add O.P.P to the list as well.
See ya soon….
