Van Gundy wanted to make it clear that he went to Howard for the sit-down. "Dwight's not a complainer," he said. "This was not Dwight coming in griping about the way he's being coached."
"One thing I want to be clear on is that I came to him. What I saw was a lack of energy and enthusiasm that we needed. I asked him what he thought was going on."

Dammit, Magic team, why do you keep performing new acts that makes me love you more?
I like reading about the growing relationship between SVG and the team with all of the hiccups that can occur. I also like Vince’s line about SVG:
“He’s going to be who he is. We don’t expect anybody to be perfect. He’s an intense coach. He’s a classic.”
