[Stan] Van Gundy said he wanted to stop his habit of "berating" his team, adding, "That's not real productive stuff."
Van Gundy wanted to make it clear that he went to Howard for the sit-down. "Dwight's not a complainer," he said. "This was not Dwight coming in griping about the way he's being coached."
"One thing I want to be clear on is that I came to him. What I saw was a lack of energy and enthusiasm that we needed. I asked him what he thought was going on."

Hopefully that stops the speculation
that Dwight was starting a revolution or being a cronic complainer.

Dammit, Magic team, why do you keep performing new acts that makes me love you more?
I like reading about the growing relationship between SVG and the team with all of the hiccups that can occur. I also like Vince’s line about SVG:
“He’s going to be who he is. We don’t expect anybody to be perfect. He’s an intense coach. He’s a classic.”
