Around SBN: Explaining Jeremy Lin's Early, Surprising Success

The team had the day off on Monday in Detroit, but Magic SG Vince Carter worked out, testing his sore left ankle.

The club expects Carter --- who sprained his ankle Friday night in New Jersey --- will play Tuesday night against the Detroit Pistons if he can participate fully in the morning shootaround.

Good to hear.

I just hope he doesn’t end up making it worse. But i’m sure Stan won’t play him if he thinks it’s an issue.

The injury didn’t look bad…

As much as I love Vince (and he’s my all time favorite player), he whines too much about any injury or little hit…

He’s going to be fine.

It was nice to see JJ have a good game.

But I hardly expect to see him play that well again. But I think if VC isn’t 100%, JJ deserves at least around 20 min, unless he’s just playing horrible.
