Despite a poor showing from their All-Star backcourt, the Orlando Magic defeated the Miami Heat, 90-86, to improve to 2-0 in preseason play. Ryan Anderson led the Magic in his debut in pinstripes with 16 points in 24 minutes off the bench, while Miami's Dwyane Wade led all scorers with 17 points on 6-of-18 shooting.
