Former Orlando Magic backup PG returns to the NBA after a short stint in Isreal, signing with Miami Heat. I hate that he's signing with a division rival, but Miami is probably the best fit (except for NYC) considering the large Latino population of the city. Good luck, Carlos...just not against the Magic!

Yeah, good to see he's back in the league.

And malars is right, Miami is a perfect spot for him given the city’s culture.
