DWIGHT HOWARD: Dunked with admirable authority against inferior opponents. Played miserable defense and was a liability at the stripe.
GRADE: D-plus
FOX Sports on MSN - Olympics - Breaking down the road to redemption. Charley Rosen was so disappointed with Dwight Howard's performance in the Olympics that he graded him a D-Plus, the worst grade of any Redeem Teamer. Yes, Rosen rated Howard lower than Carlos Boozer and Michael Redd, who played far fewer minutes. While I think we can all agree that Dwight underwhelmed in Beijing, I think we can also all agree that he did more to secure a gold medal for Team U.S.A. than either Redd or Boozer, and possibly even Jason Kidd.

Pretty ridiculous. Dwight was put in a pretty tough spot for Team USA, and all things considered he did a decent job.

WHO CARES
WHAT THEY THINK. WE KNOW D HOWARD IS GREAT AND HE IS ON OUR TEAM. SO WHO CARES WHAT ANYBODY ELSE THINKS.
This guy is an idiot.
For one thing, how does a team that just won the gold medal game have a performance of a C when you average each player? Secondly, Dwight Howard was fine, not dominant, but good. Thirdly, he ranked Jason Kidd higher than Deron Williams. Kidd didn’t contribute. He played half the minutes and Deron played well out of position.
The more you try to erase me, the more that I appear.
