Last Call for Mock Draft Suggestions

A friendly reminder that tomorrow afternoon 3QC will pick on the Magic's behalf in SB Nation's 2008 NBA Mock Draft, hosted by Ridiculous Upside. The Magic have the 22nd overall pick and ours is due tomorrow at 4:30 PM Eastern. If you'd like to throw some players' names into the hat for consideration, please do so in the comments to this thread.
Here's how the draft has gone so far. Note that Magic faves Brandon Rush and Marreese Speights are already off the board. Of the teams drafting ahead of us, Toronto, Cleveland, and Denver seem likely to take wing players:
- Chicago Bulls: Derrick Rose
- Miami Heat: Michael Beasley
- Minnesota Timberwolves: O.J. Mayo
- Seattle SuperSonics: Eric Gordon
- Memphis Grizzlies: Kevin Love
- New York Knicks: Russell Westrbrook
- Los Angeles Clippers: Jerryd Bayless
- Milwaukee Bucks: Anthony Randolph
- Charlotte Bobcats: Joe Alexander
- New Jersey Nets: Brook Lopez
- Indiana Pacers: D.J. Augustin
- Sacramento Kings: Marreese Speights
- Portland Trail Blazers: Brandon Rush
- Golden State Warriors: DeAndre Jordan
- Phoenix Suns: Danilo Gallinari
- Philadelphia 76ers: Darrell Arthur
- Toronto Raptors
- Washington Wizards
- Cleveland Cavaliers
- Denver Nuggets
- New Jersey Nets
Keep in mind that trades are not permitted, at least not for this particular mock draft. So we can't, say, offer Hedo Turkoglu, J.J. Redick, and the 22nd pick to Sacramento for Ron Artest and the rights to Speights.
If you have suggestions, let's hear 'em. You can also vote in the poll, which should close tomorrow at 3 PM Eastern.

Take the best available player
Some ideas: Hickson or Robin Lopez (if he falls). If you wanna hit a home run, reach for Jawai
Seems contradictory
“Hit a home run” and “reach” seem mutually exclusive, but I’ll keep him in mind. At least one poster suggested him earlier this month at Denton’s board.
By now it’s no secret that I’m leaning toward drafting a two-guard, but I’m not oblivious to our need for frontcourt size, either. We’ll see what the guys ahead of us do and work from there.
By home run I meant ‘swing for the fences’ in that hes a high risk, high reward player. He has an NBA body and NBA length, and if his game tape from the Australian leagues is any indication, he could be a beast in the low post, not unlike like Maxiell.

UPDATE
Batum
If the Magic pick him and he actually comes over I’d be a very happy Magic Fan!

Lee's gone
As magic fanatic said above, Courtney Lee is gone; thanks, Cleveland! I’m now scrambling to figure out whom I might consider drafting with the 22nd pick.
Still waiting on the Nets and their 21 pick.
The Pick is In
I emailed the Commissioner with my selection mere moments ago. You won’t believe who just fell to Orlando at 22.
I’m excited.
I’m guessing by your language you picked Koufos. Honestly, I’d rather Robin Lopez.

Cleveland needs scorers around Lebron
Daniel Gibson is not a legit 2, and Larry Hughes is…Larry Hughes. Maybe that guy is onto something. The way most drafts work, if the team does not have a player available that fits a need within a certain group, it will just take the best player from that group, irrespective of position. Cleveland needs wing players, not interior players.

Larry Hughes
Plays for the Bulls now. The Cavs replaced him with Wally Szczerbiak.
So yeah, uh, your point stands. lol.
Oh yeah, I forgot
Well they still got Z, Wallace and Joe Smith inside and they’re biggest problem last year was scoring when Lebron gets penta-teamed, so its not entirely ridiculous.

Darko had a chance
He was solid for us two years ago. He regressed in Memphis, and he’s probably two years away from joining Juan Carlos Navarro back in Europe, but I digress. Would we have hated on Darko so much if he were the 22nd pick instead of the 2nd pick?
Well I would have hated on Darko regardless
if for no other reason than the blond hilites he was sporting in Detroit. The smelly Euro raver look is definitely not prepossessing for an NBA player.
