- Depending on which site you consult, the Magic either have or have not clinched the Southeast Division. Woo!
- Basketbawful and Hardwood Paroxysm agree: the Magic are destined for a second-round playoff exit:
No one really seems to recognize that when this team is at full gear, it's a monster. I'm not kidding. With Howard down low, capable shooters, multiple options at point in case one's not feeling it, and oh, yeah, again, Howard down low, I think this team is going to feed off the disrespect it's getting. Straight into a second round sweep. Sigh. Baby steps.
- Maurice Evans is playing well in a contract year. Think he'll ask for $3 million, which is double his current salary?
- Dwight Howard won the DeVos Community Enrichment Award. I guess Pat Garrity can't win it every year after all.
- Blazer's Edge has an interview with Trail Blazers assistant Monty Williams, a former Magic player. Nice to see Monty doing well.
I'm working on another uniform post for later in the week, hence the relative inactivity over the past few days. Stay tuned.

I'd say he'll ask for it and that he'd be worth it. That's good money for a guy who will continue to contribute off the bench, which is where and what I hope he does next year for this team.
