Off-Day Open Thread: Let's Talk Fantasy Basketball

As the NBA season winds down, so too does the fantasy basketball season. NBARoto.com recently had me on its show to discuss the fantasy values of Orlando Magic's non-marquee players down the stretch; Carlos Arroyo, Keith Bogans, Jameer Nelson, and Maurice Evans are a few of the players we named in our five-minute conversation.

With that in mind, I thought I'd make today's discussion about fantasy basketball in general. Here are a few questions to get us started:

  • How are your teams doing?
  • What was your biggest draft-day steal?
  • What big trades did you make?
  • What was your best and worst waiver-wire pickup?
  • Which player did you forget to activate, only to see him have a breakout game?

Make yourself heard in the comments. I'm off to deliberate whether or not to take a flier on Maurice Evans. After all, he's averaging 10.4 points per game on 53% shooting as a starter.

Thanks once again to NBA Roto for inviting me on-board for that interview. For more great fantasy basketball resources, check out Give Me the Rock and B-Ball, B-Fast at FanHouse.
